Phil is a licensed Professional Engineer with over 10 years of real world experience. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 2013 and has had the opportunity to work on engineering projects in diverse industries including a nuclear powerplant, an international airport, and various bridges across New York State’s Hudson Valley.

 

Phil’s favorite projects involve designing storm and sanitary systems as well as pavement plans for new houses and commercial properties where he has made a niche. He founded OBE to assist clients to build the houses and buildings they envision.
